Meet the Team

Fika Productions Ltd is an Edinburgh based production company, specialising in audio/visual projects for organisations and companies in and around Edinburgh. We started off as the in-house production team at the Scottish Arts Club, now taking commissions all around Scotland.

During the pandemic Fika Productions Ltd produced 'Virtual Fridays', a weekly series of online videos for the Scottish Arts Club, in an initiative to support artists and performers during Covid-19. We filmed concerts and put together online exhibition films, with original music by Andy Jeffcoat. The series resulted in ClubFest 2020, three concerts which were part of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

 

In 2022 Fika Productions Ltd were commissioned to film a documentary about the 'Brushes with History' art installation - a collaboration between sculptor and Artist Hans K Clausen and the Scottish Arts Club. The project was partly funded by Creative Scotland and the film premiered in October 2022. A special trailer of "Brushes with History" is available to view below, along with more examples of Fika Productions Ltd video projects.

We're currently in the planning stage of a new film: a collaboration with Dundee based visual artist Ronald Forbes RSA RGI.
